Many Kentucky families could benefit from LEAF. Below are a few scenarios that could qualify for LEAF’s assistance.

Are you privately paying for your child’s therapy services? Has your insurance decided not to pay for your child’s therapy treatment? Has your insurance limited your child’s visits for therapeutic treatment? Does your child need educational interventions outside of the school setting?

If so, please fill out this Grant Application.

The monies of the LEXINGTON ELEVATING ABILITIES FOUNDATION are intended to support therapeutic and outside educational services and related activities.

All Lexington Elevating Abilities Foundation funding is paid directly to the provider.
